Van Zon Advisory was founded to bridge the gap that most organizations experience between strategy and actual execution. Niels van Zon brings a background spanning corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, and strategic consulting across Europe, working at the intersection of business leadership, financial rigor, and operational delivery.
He has guided organizations across logistics, manufacturing, public sector, finance, and professional services through complex transformations, often in situations where previous attempts had stalled or fallen short. His focus is on engagements where both the strategic and execution layers need to be held together by the same person.
Niels is based in 's-Hertogenbosch and works across the Netherlands and broader Europe, in Dutch and English. He is involved in every VZA engagement from first conversation through to delivery.
Renzo Casapía is a globally recognized educator, strategist, and keynote speaker at the intersection of leadership, data-driven innovation, and transformation. He is CEO and Co-Founder of LearnDat, Course Leader and Mentor for Leadership Executive Programs at MIT Professional Education, and Professor of Leadership, Data-Driven Innovation, and AI Strategy at Hult International Business School.
His career spans senior leadership roles at Harvard Business Impact Enterprise, Coursera (Head of Latin America), Cengage, and National Geographic Learning. He holds an MBA from HEC Montréal. He has taught at EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey and other institutions across the Americas and Europe, and is a recognized keynote speaker on digital transformation, the future of talent, and leadership in an era of rapid change.
Renzo shapes VZA's education strategy and masterclass programs, bringing world-class academic and executive learning expertise. His presence gives VZA's education offering institutional depth and credibility that comes from years at the front of the field, not from building a practice around a trend.
Omer brings a serious philosophical grounding combined with genuine practical teaching ability. His work explores the deeper questions that arise during organizational change: questions of trust, judgment, authorship, responsibility, and what human expertise is actually for when technology can replicate many of its outputs.
These questions are not theoretical. They determine whether change succeeds or quietly collapses into surface-level adoption. Omer helps organizations and their people make sense of what transformation means for their culture, their identity as professionals, and their way of working together. He contributes to VZA's masterclasses, leadership programs, and advisory work where the human dimensions need careful, thoughtful attention.
Larno is a professor and AI engineer whose combination of academic rigor and practical technical depth makes him a rare contributor to any program. He co-developed the curriculum underpinning VZA's education portfolio and contributes directly to training design, delivery, and quality.
